It depends on the size of the pig, but we like to cook it long and slow so on average a full pig takes 8 to 10 hours a lamb takes 4 to 5 hours
Yes, we will provide strong biodegradable plates and serviettes as standard.
We always remove the head before cooking but if you would like it left on then its not a problem. For pigs over 75kg the head needs to be removed to fit in
No, we bring our own heavy duty 3 x 3m gazebo and lighting.

The quality of the pigs we get are second to none and that’s because they all come from a local farm where they’re allowed to roam around.
